Friendship Never Ends

"Whenever we need a friend, we're here for each other. We can count on it. Always. No matter what." - Now and Then (1995)

Moving away is never easy. Partly, because you have to leave your friends behind and start to make new ones, and making a new friend in a new school is the hardest part for me. Mainly, because you have to go through these different stages like discovering that you and that person share the same interests, and it takes time for you to feel comfortable about being yourself with that person. The other part is, because I've met such great people in my previous school and I feel like I'm never going to find people as awesome as them, so what's the point of making new ones if they're not going to be like the old ones?

My group of friends and I, we would talk just about everything with each other. I would rant about my obsessions every chance I was given to. They would act like they care but my words were really just floating in one side of their ears and out of the other. They were great listeners! We were not afraid of being who we are. I've seen the ugly sides of my friends and they've seen mine. I could stuff straws up my nose without them judging me. We're friends and we learn to accept each other. Gaining a friend's trust is another important factor. If we had a problem with one another, we preferred being straightforward and talked about it. There's no point in hiding secrets from each other. We just had to accept the fact and try to change for the better at least. Another thing is that, we always had each other's back. One particular friend would always be there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on. Another hyper friend would always be there to make me laugh. A wise friend would give me a word of advice. My two other friends, they would  make a joke out of the situation and we'd all laugh about it. This is what I miss about my friends. They're different. They're unique. Ever since I left, I will never be the same person when I was with them. They make me who I am. Without them, I am INCOMPLETE~ These are the qualities my friends are blessed with. They're not just my friends, they're my best friends! Although we may be far apart, we still choose to remain friends.

Wouldn't It Be Good

I've got loads of homework this term. Furthermore, every one of my textbook has IGCSE written on the cover, which just frightens me. I'm just trying to look at the brighter side of things this month. Oh, I bought Duran Duran's Live at Hammersmith '82! DVD. I've wanted it ever since July. But this is not what this post is about. I made a mood book early this month. I was inspired by my sister's book and creativity. Mine is kind of rubbish. I don't even know if it's called a mood book. Whatever.

Here is one of the 'polished' page. Pretty in Pink inspired. I just felt like cutting out anything that was pink at that time. Then Molly Ringwald was the only person I could think off.

This is an unfinished page. I'm still working on it. If you're wondering who those guys are, they're actually from the film Nowhere  Boy (2009).
